Our Story
Olive began with a simple problem we didn’t feel good eating bread that could sit on a shelf for months. Preservatives, artificial ingredients, and over-processing took something that should be simple and made it anything but.
So we went back to real.
Using our organic sourdough starter and clean ingredients, we rely on natural fermentation instead of shortcuts. No preservatives—just bread and pastries that are simple, real, and better for you.
